Campus Guru was a startup entering the online-college-portal-scene, pretty late in the game. By late 1999 there were already at least half a dozen competitors in the space. I focused on developing for them a unique user interface, one that set them apart from the trite, 3 columns of cramped information approach, and to deliver something more engaging and useful to a college-based audience.
